These terms apply to the Fortitude Audio website and its pre-release waitlist. Features, compatibility, availability, distribution, and launch details may change while the software is being prepared.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee beta access, a particular release date, product availability, or continued access to a pre-release build. You may unsubscribe from future communications.

Website use

Use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, evade form protections, probe private infrastructure, or submit automated, deceptive, or abusive requests.

Product information

Website descriptions and interface captures describe work in progress. They are not a warranty that every depicted control or capability will ship unchanged.

Intellectual property

Fortitude Audio branding, interface imagery, software, engine concepts, and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

No warranties

The pre-release website is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Fortitude Audio makes no warranty of uninterrupted site access, a specific product release, or compatibility with particular hardware or software.
